We focus in particular on the role of employees as part of the overall organisation and ask what influences participation and individual resilience have on transformation processes and how social partnership resilience strategies can be designed.

We are looking forward to a good cooperation with the project partners MPDV Mikrolab GmbH, ANSMANN AG, Saarland University of Applied Sciences (HTW), Breuckmann GmbH, VORWERK ELEKTROWERKE GMBH & CO.KG, SimPlan Group and Jacobi Eloxal GmbH and the network coordinator (Chair of Production Systems | Ruhr University Bochum).
