On 13 November 2024, the final meeting of the BMBF-funded project ‘FlexPro - Knowledge Work in Production: Participatory flexible production planning based on intelligent platform-based knowledge management’ took place at the Chair of Production Systems at Industriestr. 38c. In the period from September 2021 to November 2024, a transdisciplinary project team investigated and answered questions regarding the participatory flexibilisation of production planning based on the knowledge of production employees and taking into account stress and strain factors. The results achieved by the center of cooperation RUB/IGM can be viewed here.
